Science Fair Winners

The kids have done it again. Whittier Elementary held their annual science fair on February 20, 2008. Both Brayden and Brookelle walked away with a first place ribbon. Brayden did a project on Surface Area titled "Under Pressure, Which Bed of Nails Will Pop the Balloon Faster?" Brookelle's was on flexibility and was titled "Does Temperature Affect Flexibility?" Jaxzen also participated and did a project on paper airplanes titled "Which Paper Airplane Design Will Fly the Farthest?" All three of them learned something from their project witch is always our main goal, so it was a bonus for two of them to win first place. Because Brayden is in 6th Grade, he will complete in the District Science Fair on March 5th.
